What is Lingo Network
Lingo Network is a movement and support network for Indiana mental health therapists. We help therapists connect with each other, grow professionally, and find sustainable, values-aligned work. We also partner with organizations to improve hiring practices and workplace culture in the mental health field.
How is this different from a traditional recruiting service?
We aren’t a typical recruiter or job board. Our focus is on building lasting connections, supporting therapist well-being, and driving systemic change. Therapists aren’t treated like commodities—we prioritize mutual fit, transparency, and therapist voice in every part of the process.
Do I have to be looking for a new job to join?
Not at all. Many therapists join Lingo Network to build community, access professional development, or participate in advocacy efforts. Some members are job-seeking, but many are here simply to connect, grow, and contribute to the collective.
What do members get?
Members start by taking a Therapist Focus Survey to clarify their interests and needs. From there, they can engage in community spaces, attend learning events, access leadership opportunities, explore job matches, and contribute to advocacy projects—at their own pace.
How much does it cost to join?
We are currently developing membership options and pricing. Our goal is to make membership accessible and flexible, with a range of offerings to meet different needs and stages of a therapist’s career.
I’m an employer. How can I work with Lingo Network?
We offer consulting, hiring partnerships, and training for forward-thinking organizations that want to better support, attract, and retain therapists. Reach out through our Employer Partnership page to start a conversation.
How is therapist feedback used in the network?
Therapist feedback is central to everything we do. We regularly gather member input through surveys, focus groups, and community spaces to shape our offerings and advocacy work. The network is designed to evolve with and for its members.
Is this just for therapists in private practice?
No. We welcome therapists across all practice settings—agency-employed, private practice, community-based, hospital, school-based, and more. We believe that cross-setting connection is vital for strengthening the field as a whole.
I have a lot of experience; how will membership help me?
We value and welcome experienced therapists—your leadership and perspective are vital to building a healthier, more sustainable field. Whether you’re looking to mentor others, shape advocacy efforts, expand your leadership skills, or simply connect with like-minded peers, Lingo Network offers pathways for meaningful engagement. This is a space where experienced clinicians can both give and receive support, influence the future of the profession, and continue to grow in new directions.
